I am Subodh Belambe worked in multinational company for 20 years at different locations in India and gathered number of experience and after that, I started my new career in construction field and constructed number of projects residential and commercial and satisfied my customers for their value for money. I have been awarded as the Latur ICON and contributed my experience for upcoming businesses. I realised after 20 years that I had a keen interest towords real estate business. So, me and my team tried to create this platform which is an Android based app. I strongly felt a gap between developer and a buyer. Hence, I thought of to fill this gap by developing a small portal called "MY DREAM SQ.FT".

The real estate market is growing globally, however some of the important constraints are making the real estate business more stressfull and anxious task for Indian. So, what we do here is make it easy and less stressfull. By providing single window platform for all customers and companies and realtors to buy, sell, take on rent and lease. There are so many players in the market, but our software is formulated and specially designed by looking at valuable inputs of our clients.
